Ilana studied marketing with a minor in sports studies at the University of New Hampshire—landing an internship with the New England Patriots following graduation. In time, Ilana became their Marketing Coordinator, handling sponsor ads and promos for the team. She enjoyed her work—but when it came time to take her career to the next level, she found that connecting directly with TomTom’s fan base on social media ultimately satisfied her need for more responsibility and creativity.

Ilana checks in with TomTom’s Amsterdam global headquarters between 8:45 and 9:00 AM every morning—handling any priority projects before breakfast. From there, she pre-schedules and syncs social media posts with the latest fitness product releases and services featured on TomTom.com. Ilana plans new content strategies with the Marketing, e-Commerce, Digital, Sales, and Customer Service Teams to promote products, increase followers, and make customers happy.
