Gabriela worked for a large apparel company in NYC for five years after graduation. Originally from San Diego, she began to miss the sun and sea in California, and prepared to move back once finding a new job there. TOMS was at the top of her list, and Gabriela was lucky enough to land her preferred position.
Gabriela’s days begin in meetings with the Customer Service and Supply & Demand Departments in order to determine what inventory is ready to be offered to off-price partners for purchase. It’s her job to plan and forecast consumer behavior, then flag and move excess inventory accordingly—all the while meeting company sales growth goals.
