Dinah spent her early career years working with many different nonprofit organizations in areas from human rights to economic empowerment and political participation. When she became expressly interested in the social entrepreneurship area of the business, Dinah took a position in corporate responsibility and slowly made her way to working at TOMS.
Dinah’s daily hours revolve around the projects she runs in Sub-Saharan Africa and Haiti. She partners with organizations in those areas to create giving programs based on the TOMS One-for-One business model. It’s her mission to build unique, efficient, and effective programs—and share the information surrounding them with TOMS consumers so they can share in the process.
