Luis got his start at a T-Mobile Call Center in Texas—bringing with him a background of banking and customer service experience. His passion earned him a promotion to Leadership Development Consultant, where he leveraged his industrial organizational psychology and human resources management degrees to propel his career—and the careers of T-Mobile teams—forward.
Luis mobilizes support for T-Mobile teams spread across the southern U.S. With a workforce of about 100 employees, he often leaves the office to lead retail operations in the field. Implementing strategic policy coaching and change management, Luis develops thriving T-Mobile careers with a constructive work culture.
