Keeping Its Community
ThoughtWorks’ strong culture is reinforced through internal community events and initiatives. Employees are constantly experimenting with new ways to share and learn, with a recent favorite being ‘100 Days of Hardware.’ A chance to collaborate on exciting new hardware trends like the Internet of Things, ThoughtWorkers were inspired by the opportunity to connect with co-workers around the world and develop inventive new products.

What Rachel Does
Technical Principal
Rachel’s days change depending on which client she’s working with. Most days involve speaking with clients to assess their projects, guiding her team to deliver correct products and solutions, and figuring out what’s needed for implementation. Lately, Rachel has been helping a large media outlet adapt lean enterprise practices. Rachel can also be found speaking at global technical conferences and advocating for women in tech.
