Molly joined ThoughtWorks after studying computer science and marketing in college. While creating top software solutions for companies around the world, she’s grown as a developer, solving increasingly complex problems for ThoughtWorks’ clients. In that time, Molly has also becoming passionate about mentoring junior developers, helping them improve their technical and consulting skills. Teams of ThoughtWorkers and clients work in pairs, which helps in the creation of clean, innovative code as it’s developed and tested.
Molly helps ThoughtWorks’ clients develop the best software and technology solutions possible to solve their business challenges. She spends time writing code, as well as working with Business Teams to identify opportunities to make the most impact with technology. As consultants, ThoughtWorkers travel to the clients’ offices in order to work side-by-side with their Technology Teams, providing coaching and best practices and immersing themselves in the client’s industry and tech stack.
“I like how ThoughtWorks encourages learning in all aspects. It’s not just technical. We learn about the industries we’re consulting in and about social justice—we’re constantly challenging ourselves.”
“I would tell someone coming to interview with ThoughtWorks to be open-minded and be ready to learn. The day of your interview is not just about showing what you know, but about demonstrating that you work with people in a team.”
