Nicole studied business and psychology in undergraduate and then started searching for ways to fund her master’s program. She joined an insurance agency as a claim representative trainee for the organization’s tuition reimbursement program—and ended up really enjoying the work. Later, she was recruited to the Auto Club Group and decided to join the community there.
Nicole spends her days working directly with the Auto Club Group’s first and third party claimants. She supports people who have sustained injuries in auto accidents by accessing the necessary parts of their policies to procure medical care, and get them back on their feet financially. In between, Nicole works on ways to continually improve customer service practices.
