Christian found out about Ted Todd from a previous co-worker. The two originally bonded discussing the downfalls of their then-shared job. So when Christian called to find out how his old friend was enjoying his new position at Ted Todd, he was happy to hear his buddy had no complaints—and applied to the company as well.
Christian arrives at the office around 8 AM, and jumps right on follow-up phone calls and new leads. He works with internet inquirers, call-ins, and cold-canvassed customers to figure out what folks really need—as opposed to what they already have—and then helps them reduce the costs of the insurance policies they choose to carry.
