On a day-to-day basis, Diane is working towards two main goals—to get data out to the company quickly and efficiently, and to utilize the data to produce insights that help Teachers Pay Teachers better understand customers’ behavior and preferences. Using this information, Diane then collaborates with the Marketing and Product Teams to optimize TPT’s product offerings.

“We have a 'listen first' culture. We’re always willing to be open and to listen to other people’s ideas—I’ve never had an idea I felt like I couldn't share with someone.”

"We have a lot of informal get-togethers. We have a Slack channel called #AfterSchool where we plan all sorts of events—going out for happy hours or playing sports like indoor soccer and dodgeball.”
