Creating and testing recipes calls for a lot of preparation—from gathering the right ingredients to getting the necessary equipment. And all that happens in the two Tasting Table Test Kitchens, where Raquel’s team spends its days tasting, testing, and revising recipes to perfection. The the larger of the kitchens also doubles as an event space for TT events, and it’s quite a sight to see.

With 10 to 15 recipes to perfect a week—plus extras for special editions—the team always has its hands full in the kitchen. But hey, what else would you expect from a job that has you thinking about food all day?
