The Tasting Table team knows how important it is to keep everyone on the same page. So, every Thursday, there’s a full-team meeting where all employees, including the remote city editors who join via video conference call, get a chance to pause from their packed schedules to talk to one another. They discuss projects in the works, future endeavors, and of course, the food they’re most excited about.

The Sound of Sales
Every time Tasting Table scores another advertising deal, a familiar sound rings throughout the office. In the spirit of celebration, the sales team gets to hit the “revenue gong” to announce the news. And when the gong is rung, the entire company claps and cheers in congratulations.
