LaNae moved to California to experience life in a startup—which enabled her to get her hands dirty building a customer service program from scratch at her new job. During this process, LaNae encountered TaskUs and kept the company in the back of her mind for three years before coming aboard to stretch her team assembly and operations muscles even more.

LaNae works closely with the Operations Team in the Philippines to make sure TaskUs meets and exceeds KPIs—which requires lots of time on the ground asking how things are going and what can be improved. Since she also spearheads development on the West Coast, LaNae loops in clients on important conversations related to improving their businesses.
