When Claudia was a teenager, her high school partnered with a call center to give students real-world experience. Though she didn’t dream of managing a site of her own, helping other people develop service skills, which in turn assist even more people, made Claudia’s career dreams come true. By the time TaskUs recruited her, she had nearly two decades of expertise.
Claudia aims to build a stronger Operations Team to in turn exceed client expectations—while perfecting the employer branding and unique cultural signature. Her ultimate goal is to get lines of great people knocking on the front door. So whether she’s helping hire or tweaking internal workflows, Claudia makes sure to show how ridiculously good—and different—life is at TaskUs.
