Levi started building and repairing computers in elementary school—and worked professionally in technology by high school. This passion grew into an IT consulting career. Along the way, one of his clients was Target, and he so enjoyed the culture and opportunities that were presented to him that this relationship blossomed into a full-time systems and DevOps engineering and architecture career. Levi later started attending college courses as part of Target’s tuition reimbursement program.
Levi arrives to the office between 8 and 9 AM, depending on his prior family and professional obligations. He helps the Engineering Team reach its product milestones and deliverables. Target’s considerable size and the scope of its internal systems allow Levi to perform various engineering challenges he could not otherwise experience at a smaller company.
“Target welcomes a collaborative approach to problem-solving. I have never been restricted by something on my resume or background. It’s always about what I could do and what I could deliver to the company.”
“I have a strong relationship with my manager here. Our relationship is more focused on my professional development than my manager’s deliverables.”
