Terrence attended Missouri Southern State University with an athletic scholarship and majored in business management. After graduation, he went to work in HR for a large retail corporation—until an opportunity at TAMKO became available. He made the switch, loves his new position, and is currently back in school—while working—to study quality management.
Terrence gets to the office around 7:30 AM to answer emails and touch base with his team members about tasks for the day. After that, they all hit the phones to assist internal customers with questions. It’s their job to ensure each caller is completely satisfied with their TAMKO experience.
