As a public relations major, Michele never imagined she would create a career for herself analyzing spreadsheets. She credits TAMKO with allowing her to discover talent she never knew she had, and has now worked her way up from the company call center to a new position created with her unique skill set in mind.
Michele likes to arrive in the office early—around 7:30 AM—to answer emails at her desk before the bustle begins. Throughout the day, she’s busy writing reports and preparing presentations based on customer buying behavior and pricing models for the Sales and Finance Teams. In turn, they use her reports to make informed decisions on the company’s behalf.
