In a building filled with creative people, it's no surprise that Halloween is treated more like a religion than a holiday at Taco Bell. In addition to a blood drive, departments spend the afternoon battling it out in the auditorium where they present videos showing off their imaginative costumes and crown the winners for a ton of festive competitions—including a pumpkin carving contest, lip sync battle, and of course an over-the-top costume contest.

To accommodate employees’ lifestyles, the Taco Bell offices boast an array of amazing services that workers can take advantage of to make their lives a little easier. In addition to a fully functional gym with trainers who hold group classes, there’s also an on-site salon that offers massages and hair and nail appointments, a dry-cleaning and laundry service with desk-delivery, car washes, and a day care for staff members with children.

"There's not much holding you back from just exploring the building. You can walk the halls and talk to everyone from scientists and architects to interior decorators and social media superstars, so it helps to be curious because the culture is fueled by opportunity."
