Akua starts her day by touching base with her clients, answering emails, and quickly figuring out the best ways to optimize their campaigns before moving into more detailed afternoon meetings. Her main goal is to ensure her clients’ specific goals are achieved, helping small, often niche brands connect in a meaningful way with their audiences.

“Everyone who comes in has to do this thing called Taboola U. It’s basically this training program for all new employees, and it’s amazing. Taboola U gives you the full picture of what the entire company is about, from support to billing—to our founder—everything. It’s a great education tool from the start.”

“I love how it’s a place where you don’t feel like you have to be someone or do something specific. You can just be yourself and truly flourish in that way. I’m a huge soccer fan, so when I came here, I wanted to start a soccer team, and it was really easy to start. It’s a culture where you can be yourself and do what you want to do. Just ask.”
