Armed with a master’s in electrical engineering, as well as an MBA, Srinivas has spent a few decades in the semiconductor business, with large, small, and startup companies. Sitting down with Synaptics executives in 2015, Srinivas was impressed by their openness regarding the challenges and intrigued by the exciting growth potential of the position they offered.
Whether working locally out of the Bay Area or travelling to sites throughout the world, Srinivas spends his days in communication with his various teams and customers. While managing customer interactions with his regional teams, Srinivas’ main goal is to develop strategies that satisfy the different needs of various regional clients, enabling mutual growth.
