Dylan studied mechanical engineering with a specific focus on user-centered designs, hoping to improve experiences for people around the world. A friend of a friend told him about Synapse and its aim to solve the hardest problems for the world’s biggest companies—as well as how it hosted regular Nerf gun wars—and he was hooked.
Dylan’s days revolve around his clients. It’s his number-one goal to keep them happy and ensure they’re successful in their endeavors with Synapse. He’s often out on site, meeting with prospective clients, or hosting in-office meetings and presentations pertaining to existing projects. Dylan fosters clear communication by liaising between company and customer.
