Growing in Graphics
A recent graduate with a BFA from California State University, Jessica used her traditional art skills as a graphic designer. That’s before coming to Symphony, where she’s advanced from a production designer to a visual designer, and had the opportunity to get into UX design—an unfamiliar use of Jessica’s talents that she quickly fell in love with.

What Jessica Does
Visual Designer
Working on projects, such as a major redesign for Symphony’s interface and clients, Jessica strives to get inside the user’s head, to ensure they have a seamless experience using Symphony’s products. This means using qualitative and quantitative research—with KPIs and in-person testing—to generate and synthesize incoming data to create actionable solutions.
