Vanessa studied communications, marketing, and promotion in college. While looking for a career, she reached out to a NextGen employee, who referred her to the company. Vanessa left the marketing field to join the Internal Operations Team, where loves the challenge and change of NextGen’s constantly evolving environment, as it gives her chances to learn something new every day.
Vanessa grabs her morning coffee, then begins routine background checks for potential candidates and new hires. Next, she enters employee information into NextGen’s system—setting them up with start dates. Keeping employees informed and coordinating all central office functions, Vanessa is the go-to person for everything from travel planning to office supplies.
