Along with her two long-time business partners, Nancy created Strategic Mobility Group in 2011. Determined to do a better job than existing organizations in providing perfect customer service and improving tedious work tasks, the trio decided to create a company that could blow any existing competition straight out of the water.
Nancy’s work begins and ends at different times each day as she works with employees and clients across the country. Her main objective is supporting her staff and ensuring clients are seeing successful results. She works closely with other co-founders of the company to brainstorm new product ideas for continued growth within the online customer service space.
