Prior to StellaService, Kevon worked in investment banking for S&P Capital IQ and Bank of America. However, as Kevon's career progressed, he became fascinated with data research and realized a start-up career was the best way to use his skills in a more flexible environment—finding his perfect match at StellaService.
Kevon works cross-functionally to help maximize the insights StellaService gleans from customer service data. He interfaces with the CS Team to help solve specific client needs; the Business Development Team to bring potential clients on-board; and the Data Operations and Product Teams to help create StellaService’s next engaging product. As the resident data guru, Kevon also spends his time talking to the press and speaking at industry conferences.
