Originally eyeing the public policy sector and psychology, Matt worked for a presidential campaign after graduating from Duke University. He later enrolled in business school—building investment management knowledge. A call from Spencer Stuart and an insightful team interview about the company’s rich culture earned Matthew an associate—and now senior associate—position to work with the world’s best.
After taking the train to the office, Matthew finds his groove within a fast-paced day—maintaining free-flowing communication with colleagues located around the U.S. Faced with diverse and specific industry demands, Matthew meticulously defines each client company’s future goals during kick-off meetings to help build executive teams that align with the client’s unique culture.
