Alexandra studied art history and classics at Georgetown University, but gained exposure to consulting during internships and work in corporate sales and research after graduation. Those experiences shaped her into a problem-solving leader. Wanting to apply those skills more directly—and learn from seasoned senior executives—she ambitiously applied to Spencer Stuart when the company was hiring.
With interesting incoming projects and changing assignments at every turn, Alexandra’s days are dynamic and different. Besides partnering with global retailers in Europe and Asia, she meets with internal analysts, associates, and consultants to share industry research. When Alexandra’s not communicating with clients or colleagues, she’s interviewing candidates in search of extraordinary talent.
