Kelli loved retail, but hadn’t found the right fit until she saw an opening at a flagship Spanx store. Within hours of applying, she had an interview scheduled and eventually became one of the first hires. Since starting out as a sales associate, Kelli's advanced to her current role, helping open stores in new territories and recruiting more Spanx advocates to the team.
Though Kelli monitors merchandising and stocks the floor, her role involves much more than sales. Helping associates reach goals matters, but Kelli emphasizes building genuine connections through a shared love of the product. Spanx’s word-of-mouth selling preference also allows her to attend meetings with other store leaders and plan partnerships with brands that share her location’s retail space.
