Up For The Challenge
Sarah’s knack for people operations runs deep. To learn more about how people fit into the office equation, she studied organizational psychology, and after putting in her time in at larger companies, she found her calling with growing high-tech startups. Sarah loves being at Sovrn because she has the freedom to innovate and challenge traditional People processes.

Sarah’s to-dos change by the minute, but there’s one constant in her worklife—new employees. As Sovrn grows, she figures out how to support demands while keeping the lively culture from fading. To do so, Sarah looks outside the community and challenges the people operations status quo. However, she also collects feedback right from the source—her ever-growing team.
