Be-Be studied Spanish at the University of Maryland before earning a master’s in theology from the Washington Theological Union. Her professor recommended she apply to Southern Management, and she was hired on the spot. She began her career with the company as an on-property leasing consultant, and worked her way up to her current position in the corporate offices.
Be-Be’s day begins around 9 AM, answering emails and returning phone calls regarding the community outreach programs she coordinates for residents. She creates, promotes, and oversees health fairs, food pantries, afterschool childcare, scholarship programs, and more to assist residents in need—as well as to provide opportunities for those who want to give back.
