Reagan attended the University of New Hampshire, where she double-majored in communications and history. She then went into sales and started her career at a telecommunications startup before making the move a year ago. Initially hesitant about the technical side, Reagan found everyone was ready to help, and the rest is history.
Multitasking is the name of the game for Reagan. Much of her day is spent talking with prospective business clients, walking them through the evaluation process and determining how SmartBear tools can fit their needs. She works with customers to answer any questions, sets up walk-through demonstrations with engineers, searches out leads, and closes sales.
