Rasika started her career in psychology research, but soon moved into the HR space because she was interested in organizational development and wanted to help create a healthy and supportive work environment for people. She initially started with recruiting for a large tech company, but then moved to SmartBear, where she was given the opportunity to focus her talents more towards the strategic HR side of the industry.
On a day-to-day basis, Rasika works with individual managers, as well as teams, to understand and support their overarching needs, ensuring SmartBear employees are set up for success with the right resources and training. Rasika is also constantly assessing new tools to increase employee engagement, incorporating staff feedback into new HR initiatives, and continuing to build the SmartBear culture.
