Kat attended college in Ithaca, New York, created her own major, and studied abroad twice. Her career began in business before she found customer success at a green energy startup. SmartBear was a great opportunity for blending her desire to work in account management with her drive to jump into sales and customer success—and here, she's been able to flourish and win a President's Club award.

The Customer Success Team Kat leads formed because SmartBear wanted to be more proactive and engage with customers to better understand how to best support the customer. Through calls and emails, Kat is always establishing a relationship with clients by offering outreach, such as webinars, office hours, onboarding, and educational training.
