Carlos grew up outside of Denver, then went to University of Colorado-Boulder, in part for the beautiful campus and easy access to skiing. Carlos was interested in SmartBear because he saw a good opportunity to take his sales career to the next level at a growing startup—and the nearby ski slopes were a nice bonus.
Carlos leads the Sales Development Representatives team. He trains and mentors a fresh team with no experience—but lots of passion and enthusiasm—offering guidance on SmartBear’s tools, the market, sales best practices, and everything in between. Carlos makes sure that his team is developing professionally and personally, and that each employee is able to solve real-world problems in the marketplace.
