Ted studied systems engineering at George Washington University. He went on to work for another company in the e-commerce space for a few years. Ted learned about SMARTASSISTANT and was intrigued by the company’s product and mission. Sensing the opportunity to be a part of something big, he left his previous employer to work full-time for SMARTASSISTANT.
Ted interacts with his clients, fellow staff members, and outside consultants every day. Many of his correspondences are done over email or phone, or in group meetings to touch base on future and ongoing projects. When working with clients, he spends his time conceptualizing a “question and answer” flow that aims to make buying products easier.
“One of the projects I’m most proud of was a project with Canon USA. We launched three advisors, including cameras, printers, and lenses. Working with a multinational brand has its challenges, but it was a great feeling to come out of it knowing we did a great job.”
“To be successful here, people need to be good problem-solvers. There are various business cases and hurdles that you will face here, so being able to adapt and think creatively and analytically will help you succeed.”
