Graduating from UC Berkeley with degrees in history and art history, Gina didn’t have a traditional tech background, but living in the Bay Area allowed her to plug into the startup scene. With years of experience managing customer success in San Francisco, Gina was intrigued by the opportunity to join Slack’s new NYC operation.

Gina spends much of her time working with Slack’s clients, specifically with their Learning and Development Teams, training them how to use the product so they can then train their own employees. Guiding clients with new features and solutions—like helping client CEOs conduct in-house AMAs with employees—Gina also finds time to study Italian using Slack’s development credit.
