Brad’s passion for technology stems from both his time at Arizona State University and his innate curiosity for new things—which perfectly describes the qualities needed to thrive in his current role. Before joining the SiteLock team, this inspiration led him to the website hosting industry, where he honed some of the skills that eventually prepared him to join the Support Team at SiteLock.
The only typical thing about Brad’s day is his 6 AM start time—the variety keeps him engaged and enthusiastic about his work. Brad’s workday means coordinating the configuration and troubleshooting of various SiteLock products. Brad helps implement company-wide projects—rolling out an updated quality assurance protocol for the Support Team to better handle its 8,000 monthly tickets is just one example.
