After a particularly unpleasant experience trying to sell her car on Craigslist, Minnie became inspired to create Shift. As a Silicon Valley veteran, former Googler, and a mother, Minnie has used her unique insights and connections to build a company with a great culture and the potential to positively transform the entire used-car ecosystem.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Minnie is in charge of running all operations for Shift, focusing heavily on field work—delivering cars and a great experience to customers. Minnie works to make the whole process, online and offline, optimally structured and standardized, enabling cost-effective scaling to any city and any client as the company grows.
