Before landing at ServiceTitan, Kindle worked for a large healthcare company in a project management capacity. After a while, she grew tired of the stiff corporate culture. Craving the fun and fast-paced environment of the startup world, Kindle started exploring new opportunities, and was excited to hit the ground running at ServiceTitan.
The first item on Kindle’s to-do list every morning is grabbing cup of coffee. Fully charged, she tackles her email to make sure she answers any important messages promptly. It’s her job to see that developers have everything they need to move projects from the initiation phase to the execution stage successfully.
“My main goal as a project manager is to ensure that my team members are happy. Instead of just constantly asking developers for the status of projects or to produce code, I think it’s important to recognize my team’s efforts and congratulate them for their hard work.”
