Before joining ServiceTitan, Kathy was working at an educational software company. Looking for a change, she began searching on LinkedIn for new opportunities—and came across a position at ServiceTitan. She applied, went in for an interview, and was offered the position. She happily accepted, moving from Orange County to LA to get down to work.
Kathy’s team is responsible for getting new clients up and running after purchasing ServiceTitan software. To do this successfully, she spends her days checking in with team members to assist wherever needed. One of her favorite recent projects was working with the Marketing Team to develop a video that describes the implementation process.
