After a gym workout, Allison enjoys a 20-minute commute to the office—easing into the morning with breakfast, coffee, and customer-service check-ins. Allison oversees eight employees on-site and communicates remotely with contractors off-site. Remaining accessible and supportive, she guides policies, tracks metrics and tickets, and gives teams autonomy, value, and career ownership.
