Every year, Screen Pilot takes part in what is lovingly called Team Week—a series of games, team-building activities, and lunch excursions where employees get the chance to get to know one another outside of the office. Most recently, Team Week found employees locked in an escape room—with a zombie. As the time ticked down, the team had to work together and utilize their unique strengths to solve a number of puzzles and problems to escape the zombie’s wrath.

Founded in 2006 by Tom Dibble, Screen Pilot has grown from a one-person consultancy in a bedroom office to an agency of over 15 people in the heart of Denver—united in their dedication to providing enviable customer service, unrivaled results, and a fantastic culture for employees.
Working at Screen Pilot isn't only about being a good co-worker—it's also about being a good person and active member of the community. In effect, the company gives employees three days of PTO for volunteering, provides a stipend for professional development, and regularly organizes time to give back to the community—which includes running a "Pay It Forward" scavenger hunt and working with the nonprofit Rooted In Hope to help assemble drip irrigation kits.
