Adam attended Virginia Tech and received a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance. He began at a Big Four firm straight out of school in the audit practice, and after a few years, he transitioned into an advisory role. Itching to do something big and different, Adam was excited to hear about the founding of ScaleFactor—knowing it was his chance to help reshape the industry.
Adam’s days usually revolve around deadlines. Depending on where in the cycle his particular accounts fall, he might be busy with client meetings— determining goals and diagnosing existing issues—or collaborating with internal teams to create and implement solutions that move businesses forward and foster the growth of new relationships.
