Creating Experiences
By creating events built around its stories, the San Francisco Chronicle cements the connection it has to its readers. After a recent revamp of the Lifestyle section, the team hosted dinners and discussions to accompany its annual restaurant guide. The events opened up opportunities for participants to share ideas and trends in the food community—and influence the information they read every day.
