Ever since his high school days, Taylor knew he wanted to become an engineer. With a lifelong passion for math and science propelling him, Taylor achieved his BS in biomedical engineering at Michigan Tech. His degree and previous experience working with a medical device company have prepared him perfectly for the precision engineering required at Saint-Gobain.

A standard day for Taylor begins in a production meeting with the entire group to discuss the priority tasks that need to be handled immediately. The rest of his time is focused on long-term projects, involving capital equipment or drawing revisions of current models. As Saint-Gobain supplies to the medical device market, Taylor must ensure perfection in the manufacturing process.
