When Natasha was studying chemical engineering with a focus in biology, she expected to follow her dad into medicine. But the medical school track didn’t fit with her passion for life sciences. Coincidentally, a recruiter at Saint-Gobain contacted Natasha for the Essentials of Leadership Program, and she soon found her home in the life sciences department.
Cell therapy is a new generation of medicine that allows for extremely personalized medicine. Natasha is part of the commercial team moving this idea forward, so she spends much of her time traveling. Whether she’s attending trade shows, touching base with commercial accounts, or meeting for status updates with R&D, Natasha likes her unpredictable to-do list.
