Danielle got her first taste of customer service at the age of 13, working summers as an ice cream server—and later a supervisor—at the local dairy bar. She went on to study business management and spent seven years working in supply chain logistics before returning to her hometown and getting new job at Saint-Gobain.
Danielle strengthens the bond between customer and company. There’s a great diversity of tasks from day to day, but all share the same thread. Whether she’s responding to emails, speaking on the phone, or traveling to handle accounts in person, all of Danielle’s efforts are focused on resolving customer issues, improving their experiences and maintaining that essential connection.
