Carol begins each day catching up on client projects—diving straight into portfolios and studying their respective web, mobile, and email marketing performances. Carol uses the information she gathers to anticipate Sailthru clients’ needs and online behavior. She interfaces with the Support, Implementation, and Marketing Teams to get clients up, running, and performing on Sailthru’s platform as quickly and as stress-free as possible.
