Alex has always been a people person. Curious about human interaction, she studied sociology before entering sales. Her knowledge and congeniality helps her to understand customer behavior, connect well with clients, and ensure that every interaction she has is a positive and memorable one—both inside and outside of the office.
Alex is usually in the office some time between 8 AM and 9 AM. After following up promptly with pending client voicemail messages and emails, she reaches out to new prospects to expand RXBAR’s brand portfolio. Alex also assists colleagues with incoming customer service requests throughout the course of the day and attends trade shows and industry events to connect with customers.
