Rogelio joined the Marine Corps after high school, and married a lovely lady during his service. At the conclusion of his enlistment, the couple moved to Wisconsin together, and Rogelio began searching for a challenging job with room for growth. A friend recommended he try Rust-Oleum, and after looking into the company, Rogelio decided to sign on.
Rogelio arrives at the mill each morning and checks in with the Overnight Team and goes over the day’s schedule. At 7:30 AM, he steps into a manager’s meeting to discuss all incoming and outgoing paint, primer, and epoxy orders for the day. The rest of the time, Rogelio stays busy with continual specification testing.
“One year, my wife came to me in tears, telling me about a poverty-stricken school with a canceled Christmas gift program. I contacted our Rust-Oleum Cares representative, and now we sponsor that program every year.”
“I started working as a temp with Rust-Oleum, picking and packing boxes, Today, I’m a supervisor.”
