Hailing from Chicago, Brian studied mass communications at DePaul University and launched his career with big-name Chicago-area companies. After working in technology sales at a recruitment organization, Brian kept climbing—with stops at Amazon and Groupon along the way. After he was introduced to Rubicon Global's CEO, he immediately shared the vision for connecting social impact and commerce.
Brian’s main goal is driving sales efforts, but dozens of tiny steps go into achieving that. For starters, Brian implemented—and continually refines—a five-day training program that immerses employees in the company’s culture, mission, and selling best practices. He also gives recruiting lots of attention when he isn’t adding leadership or niche topics to the training curriculum.
